It's not meant to be about coping with an endless, continual firehose of hell brought on from all sides.
Anyone telling you otherwise is probably hired by HR to tick some "employee wellness" box and convince head office they've fixed a problem.
I believe if you were to slowly introduce most of these things with the help of a therapist then yeah I do believe your life would change a bit. Some of them you can’t do overnight but negative thinking a lot of the time (not all) can be rewired and retrained with things like CBT etc (which you can do yourself there are a few good books) it gets to a point where it’s just learned behaviour. Affirmations seem kinda lame but I think you have to say them at least 10,000 times before you believe them
